Halcyon introduces ‘Resonate—Sound Heals’ classes to cleanse and elevate the body and soul through music with a rotating roster of experts from the Sound Healing community will lead one-hour well-being sessions and use their gifts to unleash the power of music to uplift and revitalize.

Guests of the classes will be bathed in sound waves that transport them into deeply restorative and meditative states as they recline comfortably on a mat. Sound meditation is a very accessible and highly effective form of meditation for bringing clearing, balancing and harmonization to the body and mind. “We embrace all aspects of the positive energy that music can bring to your life,” explains Gina Milano, owner of Halcyon SF. “We have brought together some of the most experienced practitioners in the art of sonic mindfulness—true experts in musical medicine—to create a three-month long harmonic awakening.”
